EL Show Time 2007
Dear All,
Yesterday, the kids performed a Readers' Theatre on stage. They performed 'Rainbow Fish to the Rescue'. We had been practising since Term 2 and finally tighten up the loose ends last week. They really knew their cues. Even though I was not there to see them perform,[on 2 days MC for food poisoning] I believe they did a wonderful job.
Videos and photos of their performance will be put up soon.

Health Zone LJ
Dear All,
first of all I would like to apologise for going on medical leave so immediately after the June holidays when the term started.
The children had a fruitful trip to the Health Zone last Tuesday. They had a conducted tour where they did exercises, had a gallery walk equipped with worksheets and had a chance to play at the playground. They also got to know their physical strength when they played tug of war with a digital 'sumo' wrestler.
At the end of the trip, they told me they enjoyed the trip. The trip really harnessed their energy and exuberance.
I would like to extend a great thank you to Brian's mum and Tan Qi's mum for volunteering at such short notice. If any parents would like to come along with us for future Learning Journeys, please leave me an email.
